CloudRoute Customers and Partners can contact the Service Desk anytime, day or night, for technical support, billing enquiries or general assistance. Expect either a confirmation or direct contact during normal business hours for expert assistance. After hours submissions may require additional time unless you have subscribed to the CloudRoute Premium Service.
